Why wouldn’t you simply increase the penalty across the board? Are certain people more worthy of the State’s protection than others?

One Democratic proposal would increase penalties for stalking if the victim was a health care provider who was targeted for providing gender-affirming or abortion care

its like.... murder is a felony but we need a new law that murder with a gun is a felony

My brother in New York can’t buy toy guns on the internet and have them shipped to his house.
It’s illegal for a toy company to ship them there. I **** you not.

so he buys them and ships them here when he’s coming to visit and takes them back home

I bought his son a BB gun and checked with a lawyer to make sure it was ok before taking it up there and giving it to him.

looks pretty good. everyone looks unloaded, not pointing the guns at anything/one, trigger discipline looks sharp, can't tell 100% on the dad. But the kid was taught well so I assume at least one of the parents knows what they are preaching. Optics may be a bit much, dad looks like he has a hi/low set up, mom's got some WW2 looking hunting glass, but that comes down to preference and training.

Maybe its just their favorites, but dad looks like thats a home/defense set up, the most tactical, maybe a silencer. Mom's may be the hunting/long range set up. Can't tell much on the kid's, the super scary black hides everything, but its got an adjustable stock at least so the little man should be able to shoulder that effectively.

all in all no problems, good set up.

Most of the people that guy is talking about are current/former military. Also do the left think if it comes to it that the majority of the military won't side with the people and their families?

Then again that's probably why they are purging Southerners, Midwesterners and folks with rural backgrounds out of the military.

there is probably a manufacturer reset code that over rides whatever code the end user puts in. I know pretty much every electronic door has one, so i wouldn't be surprised with a digital lock on a safe having one.

1. Unconstitutional so she can stick it.

2. During covid, remember hearing a story about the Knox County Health Board discussing whether gun control was a Health issue.

3. History teaches when a government tries to unarm a populace nothing good comes from that.

4. What do the police do? Do they enforce it? I don't think they can, but will they try?

It violates New Mexico law as well.

Also wonder about a governor suspending rights in a singular area. I could see something for the whole state.
