son of a b

now this one actually hurts WR is my biggest concern for us

freaking powell, easely, & floyd are from cali, nyc, & philly hope they dont pull this homesick crap

I think there's a direct corelation between freshmen getting homesick and their place on the depth chart.

Coxson was going to redshirt. Powell, Easley and Floyd will not.

What really sucks about this is the fact that we didn't have a place for Ace Sanders or James Louis because of him being a commit. I love recruiting on the national scene but this is the risk you take with out of state kids then you have kids like Ace and James that want to be part of your program and you tell them to way for kids that need their momma's.

According to Meyer it sounded like Jordan felt like the expectations of being Joe Haden's little brother were too much to live up to.

Odd reason. Weird he didn't feel that way before he signed.

Oh well, ya'll got plenty.

Is it just me, or are players more of cry babies than used to be? And I'm not that old.

It is ridiculous to think about kids walking away from a championship-contending team because they feel a little homesick or aren't happy that they aren't instantly starting...

My only consolation is that this is happening to such a bitter rival. But geez, it's like Bryce Brown without a coaching change or rebuilding team.

I am inclined to agree.

Too many coaches promising too much is influencing many kids to bail in search of an easier, more accomodating path instead of forcing them to work harder.

In the big picture, the fans of the sport lose because many of the talented kids are taking the easiest path instead of competing against each other and getting better.

It's easier being the star prospect at Connecticut or Richmond than competing at a top SEC school.
