Hail to the Washington Commanders

The Redskins 50-year sellout streak ended Sunday. The Redskins stadium capacity is 82,000, yet the paid attendance in the home opener was only 57,013

Redskins are 84-84-1 at FedEx Field
When you live here, you finally grasp how awful of a location it is. Hopefully the World Cup warrants enough love to get a stadium somewhere actually in the district. At worst, now that DC United has Audi Stadium, they can demolish RFK and build there

FedEx has only been around since '97. Skins aren't going anywhere anytime soon IMO

Dan wants out of the stadium and the locals despise it. DC traffic is miserable and you just can’t get to and from Landover easily. I really think a new stadium gets built for the 2026 World Cup

Tracking all lol. That would be ideal, I just don't think it'll happen

If it were just for the Skins, I think you’d be right. They want DC as a featured WC city and I just don’t think FedEx will cut it. Dipstick Dan just gets the reward.

Playoff chances (NFC) after week 4 (ESPN):

5. Washington Redskins (2-1)
Chance of making playoffs: 56.0 percent

Washington has an extremely imbalanced defense so far, ranking third against the pass but dead last against the run. That gives the Redskins a huge advantage in net yards per pass: 7.2 net yards per pass for them (ninth) and just 4.8 net yards per pass allowed (third).
