Agreed absolutely. This thread is 273 pages deep of us blaming them. Just this is the first time I've heard Snyder getting blamed so heavily here in DC.

Bruce Allen has been the GM for like 10 years... Of course it's his fault. They were some powerhouse prior to Gruden. I'm sure Snyder deserves some blame as well. I dont know how things are run up there but for them to put this on the coach and not the GM. I just think its crazy.

Not sure. His nephew played for Boise St and was a practice/backup qb in Denver. Not sure if he still is.

This is Gruden's belief. Apparently Snyder and Allen didn't agree. That was the beginning of the final rift that sent Gruden down the road. It wasn't the record. Lots of speculation that Gruden and the coaching staff didn't want Haskins to begin with. The story is that most all the NFL knew he wasn't ready. He's never handled a huddle nor a real snap count. He relied on tOSU's coaching staff to read the defense last year. But, here we are.
