Hail to the Washington Commanders

Talk about unlucky... go to try to snap the ball fast to prevent a challenge then you fumble...

Although it may get overturned due to 12 men on the field.

one win away. We already know TO is out, let's make sure Jessica Simpson is on hand.

Hail to the Redskins
Hail Victory
Braves on the Warpath
Fight for old DC!

what a letdown. I've never felt ill feelings towards one Joe Gibbs, but I'm beginning to think he needs to go back to NASCAR....

BIG GAME this weekend. No one knows that more than Mr. Gibbs. Beat the Cowgirls and a lot can be forgotten. Lose to them and it will only start to pile up. I can't say I feel bad about this game, but I'll be honest, my hatred for the Cowgirls runs so deep that I will always be negatively biased towards them and never give them proper credit. They probably are as good as the record indicates. However, I have faith we can pull this out. I would love to see the 'Skins get to Romo and cause him troubles, get in TO's face and get him all screwed up and then who knows what will happen. My only worry is Witten and Crayton. I don't like it, but both of them are good. Very good.

OWB and Vader, you are both Mods (and Redksins fans:)). I would gladly accept two less posts, heck, you could drop me 2000 posts and I wouldn't complain, if you would please delete these from the records. Gibbs has had excellent gameplans the past 3 weeks. We are as hot as anyone right now... well except maybe the Pats.

Great win tonight. Collins looked solid, the defense played a hell of a game and Portis stepped it up in the second half.

Let's get that win over the Boys and get to the playoffs.

No reason to delete them, most of the Skins fans were thinking the same thing at that point in time.

Yep, I know I've been hard on Portis and probably shouldn't be. He does a good job considering the offensive line he's running behind. A 1000+ yard season behind that line is Hall of Fame material.

eh.. either way, i feel foolish doubting :worship: Joe Gibbs :worship:. You can see a fire in his eyes now that wasn't there a month ago.

I wonder who was responsible for that 12 men on the field challenge? That really had an impact on the flow of the game. I was really getting worried until we got the ball back.

as "Do you believe in miracles" Michaels said, the person responsible for realizing Minnesota had 12 men on the field deserves a raise. What a sequence of events that was. Also, I still thought from the replays Moss caught that ball that started all that.

Yeah, I thought he caught it too. Collins made some nice throws tonight. If we get to the playoffs, there's going to be a debate as to whether Campbell should get back in or if they should ride it out with Collins.

Until I see a bad game from Collins, and I'm excluding the NYG game in the 50 mph winds, I'm thinking that I'm for Collins staying in. Campbell is the future though.

right now, i'm perfectly fine with Collins. The receivers are healthy, the line is doing a good enough job for Portis and our defense is, well, playing inspired football.

In the end, I think this just helps Campbell. He can see how calm, cool and collected Collins is. and i'm shocked I just typed that and meant it...

I agree completely.

I just want to reiterate it this for everyone to see.

The Washington Redskins are one win away from the playoffs. And we have to beat the Dallas Cowboys to get it. This is exactly how it should be.

GO SKINS!!!

I don't think Dallas will be putting much effort into their last game against the Skins.

We're already without TO. That's expected. I doubt Romo will play much with a thumb injury. Wade has already decided to sit Terrance Newman, Andre Gurode, and Jay Ratliff(all starters). Pat Watkins isn't playing. And now the rumor is we're going to sit Barber as well.

Yup, looks like the Skins have the best opportunity to back into the playoffs. However I would love to see the Cowboys's second stringers lay one on them anyway.

How are the Redskins backing into the playoffs? A win today and they've won 4 in a row. No one in the NFL is playing more inspired football than the Redskins. Undoubtedly they hit a rough stretch during the halfway point of the season, but I don't see how you can say they backed in. If the skins and vikes both lose, you might have an argument for the saints backing in.

barring a great comeback, it appears that New Orleans is officially out of the picture regardless of what happens with the Vikes and 'Skins.
