Hail to the Washington Commanders

I'll take the blame, but I will still be leading the points in my fantasy football league. :biggrin2:

Fair enough.

Yes, I'm pleased with the overall progress they made this season. Just a few players at a few positions and they'll be even better next year.

cough 36-35 cough GOOOOOO BUUUUUUCCCCSSSS :biggrin2:

Vols4life, you know as well as I do that fat boy didn't make it across the goal line in that game and neither did the ball. That game just falls under the other missed calls that the refs screwed up this year.

Who took your Bucs out of the playoffs and got revenge? Da Skins. :biggrin2:

Your just mad because the Skins couldn't stop the A-TRAIN :biggrin2: two touchdowns and a 2 point conversion

I've been a Redskin fan since I was a little kid and watched Riggins run over the Dolphins on 4th and 1 in the superbowl.

It's good to have Gibbs back.

Oh, I just moved to Cowboy country. It should be fun being the anti-fan.

I used to be a long time Redskins fan until 6 years ago when a certain UT QB was drafted by the Colts! I changed affiliation just at the right time. I'll remain a Colts fan. Other than the Skins, I liked the Dolphins and Colts before.

Hail to the Redskins? I agree!

Good to see you're coming around.

Vader, good to have another Skins fan on here. It's mostly Cowboys, Titans, Dolphins and the Colts of course.

I will admit that I sort of adopted the Titans when they moved in. Being a native Tennesseean, it was exciting for me to finally have a home team to root for. I like Fisher and I like a lot of their players. But I suppose when you get right down to it I am a Titans bandwagon fan. If it comes down to the Titans playing the 'Skins, I'm pulling for the 'Skins.

Speaking of bandwagon fans, the number of people who adopted the Colts as their team based on Peyton blows my mind. (My wife is one of these)

Here is where I am going to step on some toes. Why the irrational loyalty to Manning? He never beat Florida, he is the only UT QB to ever lose to Memphis State, and he inevitably gets rattled and chokes in the big games.

If you want to pick a player to follow based on what they did at UT, why not become a Broncos fan based on Al Wilson?

I've been thinking the same thing... Although I just keep waiting for Peyton to break the habit one of these years. Though this last season, I don't think you can really blame him for the Colts playoffs failure. The o-line was certainly doing its best swiss cheese impersonation against the Steelers.

I'm with vader and milo on this.

Sure I like Peyton, he's a UT boy... but he plays for a team in my favorite team's division... screw the Colts.

The Redskins have signed Randle-El.... Huge pick up IMO. We need another strong receiver to take some pressure off of Moss.

They also picked up Brandon Lloyd, Christian Fauria and Adam Archuleta...

skins are definately rebuildin....my phins last week released jr seau...must be makin a cap move for culpepper or brees

I was going to post this yesterday night, but i figured that you had it covered. did you know it yesterday? That would have overloaded you with joy just alitte eh?

randle-el is a beast. now time to see if they can get the qb situation fixed. jason campbell's time to shine?

Probably, I think that Brees will be a good pick up for whoever gets him.

I like that the skins signed Archuleta, he will fit right in with that tough defense. I'm also pretty pleased with picking up the Pats TE in Fauria. It's pretty good when you're getting players from solid teams like the Steelers and Pats....

No, I was so focused on the 2 seed that I didn't even think about the NFL. Yeah, Randel-El brings a lot of upside to an offense. Now if we can just get a QB to get the ball to him.
