Fans won't waste their time or money with these street ballers, and I am one of them. I am glad I don't have season tickets.

Holy crap, we've lost two games and everyone is calling the season and the basketball program over? While we're at it lets just scrap the entire damn athletic department, I think that would make more of you all happier so we don't have to deal with this horrible program.

Obviously you don't get it!...its not that we lost its HOW we lost. It was the same story last year....there is absolutely NO presence of coaching on this team. The players play with NO discipline, NO motivation, NO effort, NO strategy, NO fire....its like because they were so good and dominate in high school that it will be the same in college...so all they have to do is show up!! I put all the blame on Pearl, he has no control of this team and this garbage offense of running down the court and chunking up 25 3's a game makes me sick!! We are getting out rebounded 41-17 per game...is he really getting paid 2 million a year to put that kind of product on the court? It was embarrassing...and it was the same last year.....That is why everyone is pissed!! Wake up!!

Well why don't we go back and get Buzz , he was one HELL of a half court coach. Then when we get tired of being a losing program like we've been for so many years maybe we can all beg Bruce to come back! I hope you can since my sarcasm!!

There are to many "bandwagon" fans in the volnation!!! If we where to do the unlikely and run up and down the floor and beat Memphis and Kansas by a total of two points u all will be hiding behind your computer screens instead of looking like fools and still saying "we have no half court game"!!!!

I've been watching UT basketball since I was old enough to understand it and have followed it faithfully. I'll more than likely continue watching it, regardless of what happens because I'm a huge fan. But Pearl has raised the bar at Tennessee. People don't understand, especially Kentucky fans, when they say "Look at your past, be happy your going to the sweet 16 every year" but it's more frustrating than those terrible seasons because he has raised the bar, got great talent in here, and gets a crap load of money. We should not lose that way.

And everybody says we have "great talent" well that is stupid we don't have one player that will be drafted into the NBA on our current roster! And yes I am aware of Smith, Hopson , they are both free agents at best, but we do have a lot of "good" talent! But no great players maybe Tobias Harris will be that guy to go with everyone else, I sure hope so!!

Good call! Yes i agree let's follow blindly and eat whatever ****e Bruce feeds us considering how well he has coached the team this year, and how we have played with a fiery passion all season long. I hope you can sense my sarcasm.

Because Buzz would be the only option available to us rather than the current coach attempting to fix our problems.

By the way, since and sense aren't interchangeable and I mean that sarcastically.

They have the potential to be, but no coach to take them to the promised land. They will have to make it to the NBA themselves

The season is only 1/3 over. Excuse me if I don't panic. Did you write Kiffin off after the loss to UCLA. I dont think so. Let's see where the season goes before we hit the panic button,PLEASE.

That was a bad loss, a very bad loss actually, but goodness get out there and still support the team the rest of the season!

Thats a completely different situation...That was only Kiffin's second game with a team he didnt recruit. This is Bruce's 5th season and I still see the same flaws as I did the past few seasons without Lofton and Jujuan. I fell in love with Pearl his first few seasons and love the life he has put back into the program. But Im starting to see that the only reason he was successful his first two seasons was because

A. our team had never won anything before so they were starving for success...they had players that were overlooked and not offered schollys anywhere else so they played with a chip on their shoulder...we have yet to see anyone play as hard as Bradshaw did...

and B. Lofton and Jujuan could shoot the lights out when it came to 3's

These last two seasons Tennessee has regressed and and Pearl is to blame...there is no reason why our only offensive scheme is throwing up 25-30 3's and hoping it goes in, There is no reason why we should be getting outrebounded by double digits every game, There is no reason Chisim should be throwing up SCUD missiles every chance he gets when he can be so dominate in the paint. Its just a lack of coaching and discipline.

Maybe just maybe it will take a little longer to build a program at UT. With so little BBall history to fall back on he has to go into places we have not been in a long, long time. Give him a couple more years and lets see where this all goes. I for one am more than willing. Its been a long long time we had had any stability to this program. I would say Don Devoe. Guys that a long time, so a few more years won't hurt. Just my opinion!!!!:good!:

UT can shake off this terrible game and come back strong. They were just flat and overconfident. Pearl will get them pumped up for next game--mark it down.
