Heupel likes to promote from within, which I think is a good way to build a culture. It worked well with the WR coach. Heupel will be involved in the offense, so this transition should be pretty smooth.
I'm more interested to who the TE coach will be. Hopefully a top tier recruiter and someone who can bring a new dimension to the offense. As important as it is to promote from within and reward people who are working hard, you have to stay innovative in this sport
