Hangover remedies?

Haven’t had a sip in 5 years or so.Don’t miss the hangovers one bit. Best hangover cure was either to drink 1-3 beers and then sleeping it off. Oxygen also helps a lot . Not realistic, but being on a boat and going down the water inhaling the air made it go away quick.

What do you do to pull yourself out of the pit of agony?

I don't really drink that hard. I maybe get drunk 4x a year. So I'm no expert, but this always works for me.

Before going hard-drinking, have a big glass of water. End the night with a big glass of water and an advil/tylenol. Wake up. Drink some water. Have some toast. Take a couple hits of weed.

I've never had a bad hangover when I've done this. You can usually afford to forget a step and be fine, especially the last one. The last one is a great option if you forgot all the other steps, tho.

If you're talking about dealing with the hangover the morning after, the only thing I've found that helps is jumping in cold water. I've done it a couple of times in the ocean and it worked OK. I imagine a cold shower or bath would have the same effect. It only helps for a few hours though.

Other than that, I personally haven't found anything for dealing with the hangover once it's started. Food doesn't do it, water or any other drink doesn't do it, aspirin doesn't do it, exercising doesn't do it. I just have to wait them out. I personally don't have an appetite and am nauseous if very hung over, so eating is hard anyway. I do try and eat something and drink water, because I'm dehydrated, but doesn't make me feel better.

The only way to deal with the hangover is drink water during your night/day of drinking. Doesn't necessarily have to be 1 for 1, but make sure you're drinking multiple (like 3-4) big glasses of water if consuming several drinks. Or of course just don't drink.
I think salt water cures a multitude of sins.

Don’t sleep. 8 Ball should do the trick :p

This only prolongs the inevitable, and for me makes the hangover so much worse.
as much fun as it seems, it is just not worth it hearing those birds start chirping and it seems like your eyes won’t even blink, much less close for sleep.
