Hannity finally went too far

I’m sure this is comparable to journalists donating money to campaigns.

In what world do you live in where him or any other of the mouth breathers on Fox, CNN, MSNBC are journalists?
There are a few imo, but that doesn’t make what he did right or ok. Having your bias is fine, but campaigning is too far imo. Especially the way he did it

He wouldn't be facing such criticism if he had stepped down from his position as Secretary of State while running for Governor... but he didn't want to do that, did he? Being a supervisor of an election you are running in has too many perks, I guess.
We've been through this. It's a complete conspiracy theory designed to drive turnout.

The comparison of what Hannity did here to commentators on the left commentating on, you know, their commentator tv shows, is laughably stupid.

There is an ENORMOUS difference between Hannity supporting Trump on his tv show, versus showing up at a campaign rally to actively support Trump and his candidates.

You should be happy. Hannity gets less viewers watching him at the rally because CNN is covering it than if he was on his show . 😂

You continually conflate ratings with credibility. They are two separate things entirely. Keeping Up With The Kardashians and The Jersey Shore were both top-rated shows at one time. Do you still want to brag about ratings now?

I don’t know what world you live in ( oh wait yes I do ). when you have been the top dog in news and “ The most trusted source in news “ and all of a sudden your ratings plummet because you went all in on getting rid of trump and proping up Hillary while getting caught up with fake stories week after week.. yes the ratings are how you know people have had enough of your crap and you have lost your once pristine credibility .

Giving opinions is fine. Shepard Smith gives opinions. Everybody gives opinions. Last night, Hannity did much more than that. He was an active member of a campaign - not just giving his opinion on a candidate but actively working for the candidate (even if in an unpaid role).
Doesn't other celebrities do the same? The majority of Hollywood does it

It would be different if Hannity tried to portray himself as a journalist. Now if a fox “news” reporter did it, that would be a story.

I have always thought Hannity might end up with a job at the WH but he is way to valuable to Trump at Fox.... plus he makes way too much

LOL! Sorry, but he works for Fox News which fancies itself a legitimate news reporting network. Their employees should not be campaigning on stage with candidates. It's unprofessional and completely flies in the face of their fair and balanced mantra.

Nobody is deflecting, nobody cares. Hannity supports Trump. Whoopty

Exactly. LG BB and others like to think if you are a Trump supporter then you suck Fox news teet like they do with the other "news media." Its comical to watch them. I dont watch Fox news. I think they are just as bad as all the other so called "news" outlets.

I didn't know they still had news programs.... I thought they were political talk shows around the clock
