To unreal:

What we need is more artwork in that park.

I suggest statues of Charlie Manson and unibomber,
you might include Strelinski in that line up.

After all, these characters were responsible for
far fewer deaths than Lenin.

"One death is a tragedy, a million is a statistic."
Josef Stalin

Not surprising, they do have a few things in common once you get past what they call their god.

You somehow remind me of a gree parrot!

Does this tickle your fancy, GS?

I knew Andy founded the democrat party,
totally didn't know he was a bolshevik.

Thanks for the vastly surperior educational
insight unreal.

Andy rode a horse, Vlad rode a train, I
should have caught the connection myself.

Just goes to show how much smarter you are.

I stand in awe!!

Seems you side with the Taliban when it comes to destroying art.
Art? That's not art. Now if it were submerged in a jar of urine the National Endowment For The Arts & Crafts would be throwing untold billions at the thing.

I somehow get the feeling that you have no concept or understanding of art or its impact on society.

art mimics society.

when society mimics art things always go bad.

“All that I desire to point out is the general principle that life imitates art far more than art imitates life.” - Oscar Wilde

Far more often art mocks society.

Mock and mimic are not the same thing.

Dear God, you need a cup of coffee or something today.

I have made it very clear on here that I view the majority of society as a joke. Hence, my views on who should be allowed to vote.

Mock the idiots. Mimic the idiots. It's all the same to me.

Mock: An object of derision.

Imitate (Mimic): Take or follow as a model.

I need a Sugar Free Red Bull, coffee sucks.

And by majority of society you mean those in lower socioeconomic standing, right? Most of which happen to produce the most art...

What kind of impact would a crucifix in a jar of urine have? Is it a positive impact? Or is it just a way to bring about a discussion on religion?

What kind of impact did the Last Supper have? Piss Christ brought about discussion of art and religion. The objective of art is to provoke thought. Is that not what happened?

pictures of Obama wearing Joker makeup were called racist, could those be considered art?

the infamous Muhammad cartoons are also art, but look at the "discussion" their publication generated.

what about a representation of the Confederate Flag?

art is a lot like free speech, the extremes will seek to suppress their opposites in the name of some greater morality

This is all true. You'll be hard pressed to find two people with the same definition of what is art and what isn't. I have a broad spectrum of art.
