This is all true. You'll be hard pressed to find two people with the same definition of what is art and what isn't. I have a broad spectrum of art.

It's kind of on a case-to-case basis with me. Some art initiatives should be funded like educational art but most statues and stuff can go without funding. It's a huge grey area, where I won't complain on any funding for artistic endeavors.

I could explain more when I'm sober if needed.
