Hardest College to get into in every State

This is laughable. My daughter went to college in Arkansas at a school which is light years harder to get into than U of A.

From looking at it, they put a lot into admission/rejection percentages. I'd guess Arky has such a low acceptance rate because they are applied to by almost every student in the state. So the percentage shows all those kids that don't get in, when in reality it still isn't hard to get accepted

Yeah, I was there a couple years, but got to a point where I didn't want to commit to the honor code anymore, so I dropped out and finished elsewhere.

Sure don't blame you about the honor code. Only one I've read that seemed worse was Crown College here in Powell, just north of Knoxville

The honor code is pathetic in result, IMO. I know they have good intentions, but there is no way to enforce it for good results. You have 3 types of students:

1 - will never violate honor code
2 - will make honest mistakes and lapses in judgment
3 - never intended to follow honor code and breaks every rule

Group 2 is the people who get kicked out. I had friends kicked out of school for having sex with their GF 1 time. I had another friend who banged all the girls, had 2 DUIs, but just lied through his teeth and graduated from there.

Interesting, I was offered admission to UIC and Vanderbilt out of high school for ME, but ultimately chose a different path. Illinois has a few difficult schools to get into. Northwestern and Loyola have to be up there.

University of Miami is the most difficult in Florida ?

Guess Kellen Winslow had a military scholarship, cause he was a soldier.

That doesn't surprise me. UM is a private, very well respected academic university. No different than Georgetown which is hard to get into, unless you're really good at basketball.
