Though, feels like it's going to be an uphill battle for Harsin from here. Derek Mason wanted out so bad, he took a $400k pay cut and went to Oklahoma State. Unless he pulls out a miracle season in 2022, he's going to be perpetually on the hot-seat. They might not have the cash on hand to. They just paid Gus $21m to go away, and half of that was due in a lump sum right after they fired him. Harsin's buyout right now sits at $18m.

He pulled in 12 - 4* out of 18 in this class, per Rivals. Pretty solid class for a 6-7 season.
