Thanks for calling me an idiot, friend. I admit that I can't understand why someone would want to buy a Tennessee hat...and instead of just buying a Tennessee hat, he'd rather buy a hat with the brand of the golf balls he hits on the front and the Tennessee logo around on the side or back. Is it the golfing equivalent of the bicycling idiots who wear full Lance Armstrong gear while riding around their neighborhood? Do your golf balls fly farther when you have an official golf hat on instead of just a Tennessee hat? I confess that I don't get it.

Umm, why don't you just the poor dude wear whatever he freaking wants and be done with it? We have enough people in this world that aren't content to just manage their own lives, they have to go be some other adult's nanny.........from a mod no less. Quit embarassing yourself, geez.

I'm bald and I sometimes play outside under the full grind of the summer sun. It's either wear a hat that's a little uncomfortably small so it'll stay on and soak through or a Deion Sanders-style bandanna. I have no good options.

If you check out some of the sports attire mfg/retailers' websites(UA, Nike, Addidas), i'm sure will find something very suitable given "bald" has been a fasionable choice in pop culture since the days of Jordan....as such.....there has been many types of head coverings developed to protect the sensative Domes.

Being a head shaver since '95 (by choice....had a full head of hair back then) and into athletics since '80....i've bought a few items.

I have it in white. Good luck on your search. I didn't know they were scarce but I picked mine up at a pro shop at a golf course in west Tennessee.

Many Dooley-era posters tend to be a shrill, humorless, argumentative lot. Which I can understand, I guess. But the whole tone of the football forum has changed over the last few years.

I thought it was obvious that I was just having a little fun with the guy and his golf hat. Wasn't trying to be his nanny. I mean, it's not like he's talking about wearing a jersey or anything.

I have a UT Trucker hat and i love it....it is soft mesh in back not the hard set type....Looks dirty and it is orange with White T

Speaking of the trucker mesh UT hat. I was in Washington state back in the summer at a truck stop and a guy ask me about my UT (mesh) cap. I told him it was a gift and he said he loved the vols but didn't have anything with UT on it. HE offered to buy it for fifty dollars and i said no, you can have it. GBO
