Our relationship was so dead i didn't care when she let me know and told me she wanted a divorce and i packed up and left. Thank God we didn't have children. I haven't talked to her in eight years she filed for abandonment a few months after i left and the marriage ended that way. I'm pretty much disabled now and can't work and i'm staying with my parents.

Yes- once in college..I looked through a girls calendar and she wrote on it when she had kissed my boyfriend 😂…and I was only dating him because I thought he wasn’t really cute, so he wouldn’t cheat on me because I thought I was better looking, (hey, I was19).. that worked out great! 😂 The second occasion, different person, the side piece told me, because she wanted us to break up…women are evil, and I am one lol

Sort of. Girl I had been casually dating for about 6 months made out with another casual friend of mine at a party while I was out of town. I can’t quite remember how I found out. Think another friend at the party let me know. I was actually relieved because I was already wanting to part ways but didn’t know how to break up with her.

I confronted the other guy, who was generally a nice dude, and put on that I was all mad about it. He was apologetic and told me how much he really liked her yadda yadda… I let it go and we remained friends. Their time dating only lasted about a month or so before he went back to school.

Well, now, I think that explains a relationship I was in, and I've struggled to find that explanation for 40 years. I don't think you were the girl, though. 😂

Reminds me of a story from when I was working a summer job as a teenager circa 1982. One day my crew lead did not come back after lunch. Next day he told us when he got home for lunch his wife was in bed with some random guy. He said he beat her arse, tossed her out, then he and the guy went out for a beer to talk about the whole thing. The guy said he had no idea she was married. The wife verified this story later on. They became friends. His reasoning was SHE knew she was married, the guy did not so the overwhelming majority of blame was on her.

I’ve always been kind of amazed that this stuff happens. As hard as it is to get sex from a woman when you meet her every need, it’s just hard to imagine one giving it away. I’m genuinely curious but glad I don’t have to figure it out.

Yup. In my early 30s, I had been seeing this gal for a few months and I learned through several mutual friends that she had been cheating. I confronted her about it, and she proceeded to flip out, ardently denying it, etc. I remained calm, and confronted the side piece (we both had great taste in bars, haha) letting him know I had no problem with him and straight-up asking him if the allegations were true. He was as surprised as I was, that there was 'another' (i.e. me), and thanked me for bringing the whole thing to his attention. We commisserated over a few beers, and went on about our lives. The cheating gal was dumped twice over, and the last I saw of her was an arrest photo (drugs) one of the aforementioned mutual friends sent me a couple of years later. She had lost weight, but meth seems to have that effect on people.

Considering neither he nor I had any idea of what what was really going on, I'm not sure what the proper term would be, haha. Maybe "No-fault eskimo brother"? I honestly don't know what she referred to him (or me for that matter) as in her reality-deficient consciousness.
