I voted that game 14th out of 32 in the confidence bracket. I based that pick mostly on VN input.

UGA should destroy them no team in the WAC could stop a decent SEC running game.

A BCS bowl for them is like being in the National Champonship. UH's AD is under enormous pressure because he gave back 4,000 tickets to the Sugar Bowl to distribute to UGa after being pressured by the Sugar Bowl officials. Lots of fans that were going to make this trip are left out now.

The way the BCS is set up, it's the closest they'll ever be to a NC. And they're playing for an undefeated season and to beat the #4 team on a huge national stage.

I think we'd be acting like we were playing for a NC if we were in their situation.

FSU and BSU fans who attended this year's games would/have agreed with me online and in person.

So you have one small section of fans being complete assholes. Sounds like any other college football school's fans to me.

The BSU mentioning is funny, as BSU fans have written in to the local newspaper thanking the fans for being hospitable in their big game for the WAC championship. Some BSU fans not able to come here for the Hawaii Bowl are going to the Sugar instead to help UH out in the cheering department, and UH fans are returning the favor in kind when BSU comes here fr their bowl.

Sounds like a pretty bad fanbase as a whole huh? Aloha isn't just a word to most people living in Hawaii, and reminds me of the Southern hospitality I grew up with.
