Actually that's a good point. The OP says sexual assault. Can someone link an article to confirm that? The linked one is for sexual abuse. There is quite a difference in the two.

There is a significant difference; however, to conclude that Haynesworth is trash based on the totality of the circumstances surrounding him is not a stretch at all.

I always thought Haynesworth was a lazy player when at UT and picked it up in his last season at UT. He did the same thing with the Titans elevating his play when he was about to become a free agent and was dominant. Guess when he finally got his big payday he showed his true colors.

I think those of you calling A.H. names like trash should be ashamed. While I don't agree with everything he has done, it is inexcusable to call a man that you don't even know trash. This is a man many of us use to cheer for while he was a vol. Show some degree of respect.

I will show him some respect when he shows my town (our Nations Capital) some respect. He is being jokingly referred to as an F5 tornado in the DC area. In addition to that allegation, He is getting sued by a stripper in NYC for $30 Million, and he got arrested back in Feb. because he punched some driver in the face because he cant control his road rage. Then he pulls the racist card, to save face? Cant wait till he gets traded tonight

Ringing endorsement for me here. The jury has been out on Haynestrash for some time. Repeated actions create a pattern. Haynes has left a pattern of trash for all the world to see.

The whole thing started because his first debit card declined, so he tried to be the "cool guy" and now looks like a jerk
