Had nothing to do with the players. I know they are young but Dooley didn't look like that when they interviewed/showed him. He's too unproven to be considered a good or bad coach yet.

He's a great young coach and person. Memphis is very fortunate to have him. The only problem with him is that it will be hard to keep from Arizona, his alma mater, if he has success at UM.
