Heard OUT vs OU per sources

I'm old and old school. Had a bursa sac issue in my right elbow about 15 years ago. Pierced it with a sterilized needle and squeezed out the fluid. Didn't miss a tennis match because of it. No big deal. I certainly wouldn't have missed a football game because of it!
Really don’t give a “F” about tennis. Can you handle 240lb speed rushers & play Right Tackle?

Maybe Heard can be our lay down lineman or is that still Lampley lol

That is how we should counter the defense’s fake injuries. When they come back out we should see who is on the field and lay down to allow us time to replan the drive.

I don’t know…tennis certainly seems like a much more physically demanding activity than playing offensive line in the SEC….

Sheesh, it always blows my mind how people come on here blowing smoke about their low-level sports experience as somehow being equivalent to playing football at this level. I mean, seriously?

It should have been made crystal clear as to how big of a loss Heard was. Davis is a true VFL and plays his heart out. But he isn’t a starter for a reason. Unless it’s somebody like Chattanooga or Kent State, Davis shouldn’t see the field.
My guess is that someone with more talent will have his development time line moved up.

Warren is going to be a good one, but he is a true freshman but I think at some point this year he will get up to speed enough to help. Larry Johnson shows promise, he held up against Oklahoma pretty well. It should help his confidence having that tough battle behind him. Campbell is going to play, but we will also try to give him rest when we can. His situation reminds me of Billy Ratliff, he had bad knees and he had light practices often but come Saturday he would ball out. GBO
