Heard the Bills are having workout with Bray

Playing on Sundays is playing on Sundays no matter where you are. He's a big time gamer and if does end up starting somewhere I don't see him moving back to backup anywhere. Just tough to break into the starting ranks.

In b4 you get roasted for the big time gamer comment

Buffalo would be a bad spot for Bray to end up. QBs die there

Thinking the same thing. Jim Kelly is the last great QB in Buffalo, and Bray ain't no Jim Kelly. (Physically yeah, mentally-------)

You don't take a guy from California and put him on Lake Erie in November, December.

That said, Bray does have the arm to deal with the wind. (That is what the Bills see)

Willing to bet money they take Nassib if he isn't off the board.

After the deals that might have gotten the Cardinals their starting QB for next year (and possibly the Raiders as well, if they like Flynn), they might be the team that takes Geno Smith in the first round

I am read that Buffalo basically selected Bray out of numerous QBs to invite for a workout after analyzing them...i think Bray gets a really bad rap personally...Chaney was on the record several times saying Bray wants to win as badly as anyone else his demeanor and interviews just give off the opposite impression because he has an inward focus.....and the off the field incidents are way overblown...at least he didn't steal a laptop or anyhting really thug like...just typical college kid stuff.....

Not to mention the fact that Bray played under Dereck Dooley the worst UT coach of all time along with the worst Tennessee defense of all-time.....he was constantly in sure fire passing situations and having to play catch up...that will wear a guy's physche down after a while....and make him prone to many more mistakes....they can't all be like that douchebag Bama QB playing from a lead in easy passing situations...he was mediocre the only game Bama was down..against Texas A&M....i have a feeling Bray is going to surprise everyone just like Arian Foster did.

What an excuse parade. We were behind because we did not score early. Chaney was
the OC, not Dooley. And most folks new Foster could run when we saw him as a freshman. They just did not know if he would take the football with him while he ran.

I'm thinking Oakland will try to trade their early 1st to get a late 1st and a 2nd Rd pick to boot. In that scenario, I have to think they like Bray. He has the big arm to make a difference there, and is close to home.

Otherwise, Buffalo will probably take Warmack, the OG (to replace Andy Levitre, whom the Titans just picked up), and then snag Bray with their 2nd Rd pick. I don't see him getting out of the 2nd Rd. He was the best QB at the combine, and some team is going to be enamored with his arm.

I think Pittsburgh might be interested, as a good backup to Rothlesburger, as he has been injury prone and their backups suck moose dongle.

Yeah I hope he lands with the Steelers. That would be great for him.

He needs to go somewhere that he can sit on the bench for a while and learn the system. If he goes to the bills they will probably try to start him before he is ready. I want the guy to have a long, successful career.

I'm assuming this is sarcasm, right?

Give me break. It wasn't hard to read through the bs Chaney was saying. Just watching Bray on the sidelines and his lack of leadership gave him the rap he had. All he did was whine like a spoiled brat and seemed to be spiteful. His yrs at UT were his fault and no one else's. He was given a great opportunity and he did with it what he wanted. Pt blank.

Not saying he doesn't have talent or won't do well in the nfl, but he does need to mature. Or he'll bring himself down and Bray will be the only one to blame. Best of luck to him.
