Good thing we won't have to worry about it (because I think I'd throw up as well)
Don't see anyone beating Uconn

We at least don't see Alabama beating UCONN and that's good enough.

That means we'll have someone to pull for in the finals. It's insane thinking my best option is freaking UCONN. They have a 7'2" center with the size to match up with Edey.

Heck NC State may put a lot of pressure on Edey in the post if they can stay out of foul trouble. It would tell you how poor our post play is and how close we came to winning without decent post play.

my only interest in NCAA men's basketball is the possiblity of a UConn and Purdue matchup.

happy the Vols are competitive in baseball to fill the gap before fall football begins.

For me that’s easy: Purdue. Wouldn’t like it but very easy choice regardless
Earlier today I was thinking that the first football game I can remember watching was the 79 Bluebonett bowl; I looked it up to be sure, and yes we lost to f'n Purdue. Can we ever beat these people?

I’m not sure if I will watch the final four though I enjoy basketball.

I am still not over the loss to Purdue as I truly thought this team would face UCONN in the championship game. Purdue is a great team so kudos to them. But this one hurts as it was a fun ride. At least I got to see Knecht play in Memorial Gym.

This is the third most difficult loss for me with the other two being losses in football:

• TN losing to LSU in 2001 SEC Championship. We would’ve played Miami for the national championship.

• 2022 loss to USCjr. TN would’ve been in the four - team playoff with a win.

Yeah, I’m right there with you, I’ve always loved the final 4 but probably won’t watch a minute of it

I may watch some of it. But I will play the “only if” game as we are better than NC State. UCONN is the best team in the nation but anything can happen. I will never forget Villanova upsetting Ewing and Georgetown in 1985. And NC State beat an elite Houston team in 1983.

Have to go SEC here with the added incentive of EDEy being in foul trouble after 8 minutes if fouls on him were actually called.

It's been great knowin' y'all. I know I'll be banished, but I've actually got a strange rootin in me for the Bammers tonight. 🤢🤮. I can't explain it and don't think it's ever happened before. Maybe my age has mellowed me?
