If you ever do want to resize a picture, that program does it pretty easily. Go to Picture -> Resize and there are some pre-defined standard sizes to choose from.

Got some mail to get out now. I really, really, really expreciate the help...I do mean profusely.

remember the pics are still on the SD card and not on your computer. If you want to access them again you'll need to either transfer them or plug the SD card back in

There should be an attach button next to the submit reply button. Click that and choose the pic on your phone

It's easy. Just hit edit when you your viewing the pic. After you hit edit, the bottom right icon is for cropping
