The best player we've ever had.
He's not just throwing bombs, running for big gainers. He's controlling the game with composure, leadership, and energy.
That team never has any doubt when he's on the field.

I still have not seen any team playing us or not playing us that has the defense that can stop what he's doing in our offense. It's NOT UGA. I'm telling you they won't do it. Clemson couldn't do it either.

We're averaging right at 50.0 ppg now.
during a stretch where we beat Florida, Pitt, LSU, and Alabama...
If they didn't play us. Florida, Pitt and LSU are ranked in the Top 25 and Bama would be #1 probably.

He's on pace for 3,200 yards passing, 500 yards rushing and 40 Tds. (regular season)
That's Tim Tebow 2007, Cam Newton 2010, Joe Burrow 2019 type numbers. This is the SEC, it's hard to dominate the way Hendon Hooker is doing.

If he continues to play as well as he has been, then I think he is the most complete QB I have seen at UT or just as good as anyone else. Game management, decision making, running, passing, leadership, lack of interceptions. No way am I saying he will have as good of a pro career as Manning.

Dobbs had 40 TDs his Sr year and was a superior runner, but he had a good bit more INTs than HH.

Hooker has been something else for sure.

Regular season for Dobbs?

Hendon has been doing this while playing toughest schedule and not playing full game against BSU, AKR, or UTM. He's probably left 7 Tds on the field maybe.

He's more accurate than Dobbs.

It is still too early, but I dont see anyone stoping us. Not even Bama in round 2 in Atlanta.

I didn't say Dobbs was necessarily better, but he put up 40 TDs his senior year and has the second most combined TDs in school history. He did all this without a dedicated QB coach, a much worse line than HH plays behind and an inept head coach.

He would have been spectacular under this staff.

He's probably gonna be the greatest in my life time. I'm only 48 but trying 🤣
