Henry T’Oo T’Oo

In his defense, Vols fans weren't storming the field last year. Prolly not a great place for an opposing player to be.

And he's living with that decision right now. But watching grown men who can't let it go crying and running to message boards to attack him is hilarious.
Which message boards? This one? Not a big deal and he brought it on himself. It’s a Tennessee message board after all.

Any other message board? I completely agree with you.

Not defending the guys that left but they were brought here by shady scumbag liars. They had to leave because of sanctions and their paychecks ran dry.How many of you would keep working for free after being promised a wage?

People just take this so personal sometimes and common sense flies out the window. I wished he hadn’t transferred to Bama either but he did….and that just isn’t personal to me. The smartest thing any opposing player,Coach, ground crew etc could have done in Neyland after the game was get to safety. I understand our team etc wanting to continue celebrating on the field. After the ‘98 storming the field my brother and a friend were knocked onto the field and his friend wound up being transported to the hospital with serious head trauma. I’d say…DO NOT TAKE THIS STUFF SO PERSONAL!!🙄

No, but he could shake hands with his brothers like Banks, say good game, and give them a hug. But ... he is less than that. Much less.
How do you propose he could have done that? The field was a sea of orange clad former BVS sufferers within 2 minutes. Anyone in crimson would have been overwhelmed. Regardless of what you think of him, he lead the VOLS in tackles and has lead Alabama in tackles since he has been here. He was most likely involved in the pay for play scandle of cornbread and probably had no choice in leaving.

At least in the case of Henry To'oto'o, I think he had the option of staying. I say that because Heupel went to some effort to try and convince him to return to Tennessee. To'oto'o wouldn't give Heupel a chance.

... and as it turns out, he would have been paid had he returned to Tennessee.

I don’t blame him for leaving. I dont blame him for picking where he thought he had the best chance of success. It’s the manner in which he did it all. If you can’t take it then don’t dish it out. He deserves everything he’s getting right now.
In a way, this is testament to what an incredible job Heupel has done. There is no way that To'oto'o ever considered the possibility that Tennessee would beat Alabama while he was in school. He would have probably laughed at the notion.

I don't have much of a problem with people transferring to other schools for playing time. We got Kamara and Kennedy here from Alabama. And I would have no problem with a Tennessee player going to Alabama for the same reasons if they believed that was best for their interests.

In this case, we have a starting player who could have started at several schools elsewhere, who goes to Alabama who, along with his family, proceeds to poor mouth this program. It wasn't "just business." They decided to make it personal.

You run your mouth in a hype video and demonstrate a distinct lack of respect for your former teammates and school, then, yep, you need to get your backstabbing ass off the field as quickly as possible when it is proven you can't back your words with action.

He found last night that it isn't just business. Heart and soul and guts play a major part in it as well. An ill-trained mercenary isn't going to do well against a well-trained opponent with a strong amount of want-to in his DNA.

The next time you see Henry T, he'll be playing special teams at Legion Field in the USFL.

We'll never know. He ran away. Again.

I mean, the field was being rushed and all.

My guess is that that most players are likely very friendly to each other and communicate quite often.

1st quarter 7:52…2nd and 10 Hendons run up the middle for 3 yards. TuTu with the thigh ! knee ! shin ! and I swear I though he was gonna kick him in the head. I agree, but you will have many people on this board saying it's all a "business decision" blah blah BS.
