depends upon which Obama you believe. The one trying to win the primary made Pelosi look moderate. The one trying to win the general shifted more center.

I'd say he's closer to a chameleon with hardcore socialist leanings than anything else. In other words, he's a politician bent upon re-election.

Well, you have to remember he apparently has the European voter base to appease.

I don't care what he thinks I only care what he does. To this point no one has hardly any idea what kind of President was elected.

I don't think that is entirely correct. While he hasn't actually enacted a specific policy change (and can't for 15 more days), he has announced plenty of appointments, which have widely been heralded even by many conservatives as perfectly fine, even welcome in many respects.

I think at this point the idnications are that he will govern more from the center than the radical right would have had everyone believe back in ealry November.
