Here it comes....

I have a feeling that 1 or 2 schools are gonna get royally screwed this year and the great change of adding a game will backfire. A playoff is growing more and more inevitable every year.

If we win out and go 11-1 then we can whine for a year. :)

Just kidding, I think 11-1 would result in the BCS, but 11-1 is hard enough to finish.

I didn't expect us to move up with a 3 point win in the papers over an average Alabama team. We owned them, though.

The BCS was never intended to properly rank the #11 and #12 teams in the nation. The intent is to pair the top two teams in the nation in a national championship game. Assuming there are no upsets the rest of the year, is anyone here going to argue that Tosu and USC should not play for the national championship?

Don't tell that to Boise State. If they get 12 they are in, and a deserving team is out.

The good thing is that we closed the gap on Cal and ND. ND's ratings should drop since their stretch of academy games is about to start up.

Cal picked up more points on us, even though they went to OT against a team ranked lower than Alabama. It hurts my brain.

Last week
Cal - .668
UT - .652

This week
Cal - .668
UT - .650

now that i write it out, it hurts even more. UT lost points by winning...

So TRUT, if we win out and don't get a BCS bowl bid, you won't have a beef?
Not a very large one. Also, if there are no more upsets that means that Cal and Louisville lose, and drop, so we will most likely be an at large team.
