This point is one of my favs:
  1. We demand the hospitals and care facilities of Seattle employ black doctors and nurses specifically to help care for black patients.
Translation: we demand more segregation. I'm surprised they didn't ask for black lunch counters and drinking fountains.

I caught that one too.

So in the 60s it was protest for equality and integration. Now segregation is wanted?

This doesnt go far enough though. Are the black doctors going to use medicine made by non blacks delivered thru supply chains filled with many non blacks?

I really like their closing paragraph:
Although we have liberated Free Capitol Hill in the name of the people of Seattle, we must not forget that we stand on land already once stolen from the Duwamish People, the first people of Seattle, and whose brother, John T. Williams of the Nuu-chah-nulth tribe up north was murdered by the Seattle Police Department 10 years ago.

If there, I'd pay tribal decendants to confront the group and demand they get off their land. ...and have my popcorn ready.

Or have the tribe that the Duwamish people pushed off that land come back to jump the line here.

As their own sovereignty, will they need to negotiate trade treatys? Can the city of Seattle leagally transport food, water, electricity and gas to this new entity?

Kind of tic, PJ. But if it's true that they are armed and have thrown up barricades for six square blocks which insinuates it was by forceful means and intimidation, then yeah, all bets are off. I would surround them with overwhelming fire power and make it clear if they fire a weapon at my officers, they will lose and lose big.

You'd make martyrs of them. Which would galvanize copycats.

Best to lure them out with a free tattoo offer and whisk them away surreptitiously.
