W destroyed what Reagan started in 1980.

The Republican party does not need to comprimise conservative values for a moderate who panders to every one at an attempt to gain power.

But but but... we have to defeat Hillary. Beating Hillary is more important than preserving conservative convictions!

No it isn't!

Beating Hillary equals destroying the conservative values of the GOP.

Do you really want to move the party to moderate stances?

Do you really want a government that controls the majority of your life in some shape form or fashion?

that's SOP for anyone who aspires to hold public and higher office...it is certainly not for the taxpayer funded paycheck...some get into it try to do something good, I'm not that cynical.
It really comes down to degrees like I mentioned earlier...some people have higher /lower thresholds and they will need to figure that out on their own

Come on, McCain is pandering to a conservative group today telling them how wonderful he is.

Reagan was transparent and for the all of the failures of Bush he is transparent.

McCain is a fraud!

What's really sad is that we, the American people, are the losers. Not because Romney dropped out, but because we're left with three candidates that aren't worthy of being President.

I respect John McCain, but I don't see him as being the right person for the job. The Democratic side isn't any better. I do know this: if Hillary wins, I've made arrangements to leave the country.

We haven't had "the right person for the job" in 12 years.

let's be honest. the disaster that has been the Bush admin has left us in this predicament. He has made it impossible for a conservative R to be elected again for some time.

I am perfectly comfortable voting for McCain if he is the only candidate with even a remote prayer of beating whichever socialist that the far left picks.

I'm not the biggest Clinton fan, but he was a hell of a lot better than what we have now.
