Honestly, I would take a UT version of them over Bob.
I like Chris Stewart(the Alabama play by play announcer) and i like Kentucky's play by play guy Tom Leach. I wouldn't mind them calling Tennessee football games.

Other than the sweet taste of bama tears that was enjoyable on many levels. Homers? Yes but knowledgeable and they do paint a good mental picture of the action. Far better than our crew. I know so many folks love to say Tennessee-Alabama was no longer a rivalry but you could cut the tension in that room with a knife. I don't think you could have driven a greased nail up any one of their asses with a sledgehammer. I know we haven't held up our end of the bargain but these motherless clucks love beating us and hate losing to us as much as we do them even after 15 years. That's what makes the 3rd saturday in October special. Go Vols!!

Here's the Crimson Tide Sports Network's broadcast of yesterday's Tennessee-Alabama game. Their disappointment is awesome!

I’m going to put the last 7 minutes on loop for the rest of the day.

Up yours for missing this one, Eli Gold!!

The color commentary guy is going to be fired after that performance. Heh, time and time again in the last few minutes the play-by-play announcer looked to him to pitch in but he just stood there silently, playing with his wedding band.

The silence and the fidgeting was golden. I loved it

Part of Bob's problem is he followed a legend. In that scenario if you're not something special, you're pretty much screwed.

Go to 4:25:30 to 4:25:58 and watch the guy in the back, upper left. He obviously did not agree with the PI call against Bama prior to our TD.
