Anybody know anything about this guy, he said he has out front. Will we land him, I HOPE!

we are his leader. He says he most likely won't make a decision until his season is over. He wants to check out the academic side of UT...blah blah blah. We are winning out over some stiff competition such as Tulane, Stanford, Baylor, and Ole Miss. Sigh. The kid actually doesn't look that bad IMO. We're just stacked al LB don't understand why we'd take him.

200-205 really isnt that undersized for an OLB for us. Rico and Karl are only 215-218. After a redshirt year he would be at that weight.

maybe move him to safety
No.

Not with a 4.5 40 time...you guys thought Antwan Stewart was slow...:bad:
Since when is 4.5 slow for an LB. Thats pretty dang good. 4.5 isnt even that slow for a big safety.

Hubbs is trying to get confirmation. Lathers is a motor guy. Here's the funny thing. Everyone is talking about him being too small to play LB. Alot of people think we are going to bulk him up and move him to DE.

I say he gains about 20 pounds and stays at LB!
he will be an athletic LB with about the size of a RICO MCCoy type
approximately 6-1 215-220

At 6"0' 192, could we not get him to lose a few lbs, bulk him up muscle-wise and play safety?

That name makes him sound like he should of played back in the 40 or 50's.
