Good on Heupel not to call him Out. I WILL…HE SUCKED!

same for whomever kicked off…SUCKED, too.

BOTH should be running the steps at Neyland till their guts are hanging out.

now…bring on the new age pansies that will be triggered by the above…
Dude blasted multiple kicks out of the back of the end zone. What in the Hades are you talking about?

In todays Presser CJH said “he hooked both of them”…”like (Austin Price’s) your golf shot”…who asked whether those were “aimed towards the corner”

so…no…he SUCKED kicking 2 out of bounds.

I was there, at half time he was punting the ball 55 plus yds with either foot. Taking one step to the right or left. They have to stop telling him to punt on the run!!!!
Ever watch Australian rules football?...Thats how they kick and the ball they use is quite a bit larger than a normal football...I'll say this, If I am ever in a bar fight I want that dude in my side!...Those guys are absolutely nuts and will bite a dudes throat out in a second lol...They are crazier than rugby players.

Special Teams got, at best, a D- on Saturday. Good job on coach for talking up his guys and giving them the benefit of the doubt.
Nah. Probably more like a C. To many big + plays too balance the trash. Jekyll and Hyde.

He kicked with both legs. That is something special whether or not you punt-it-thru-the-endzone traditionalists acknowledge it or not. And from what I've heard, he is very fast and has a pretty good arm.

I'm thinking returns from his points are not going to be all that great because the cheetahs have time to get to the Fox.
Left leg - punt 15 yards
Right leg - punt 20 yards

You busy on Saturdays?
I'm guessing you'd be freaked out running thru the T, nevermind when 11 large guys are trying to kill you in front of 70,000 people

Trust coach Heuple. He's been watching this guy for months.

I trust heupel and the Punter is lucky he didn’t get ransacked for running 15 yards before he punts 20 yards

Just wait until he booms a punt 70 yards and puts it out at the 1. Australian Rules kickers regularly kick 50-60 yards in games. The kid played in front of at most 40-50 K and the occasional 90k when Hawthorne (his professional team) played Collingwood at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. He would have been nervous. When he learns how to kick the ball, he will regularly be booming 50-60 yard bombs that will get covered. And the last couple of punters to win the Ray Guy award were Australian.

Pansie here, I'll take Heupel's coaching knowledge over Monday (literally) morning coaches.
Yeah man I really love this positive attitude coach has. The guys seem to love him and respect him too. Heupel seems to get the most out of damn near everyone on his team.

I'll give it first game jitters but honestly I figured they'd have him fixed and punting like he should during camp but then again it's TN and we ain't punting the ball HAHAHA

I suspect that some of his running towards the line is per direction to set up the use of his speed and athleticism as defined by Coach Eck on some fakes when they would count and not be seen as just running up the score. Want to keep the defenses attention at the line of scrimmage to reduce the blocking at the end of the kicks. Keep them guessing. After a run or two when he heads that way the defense will collapse and he can then use his STRONG arm as well. I feel like this staff is all in on him and lots of wasted whining by the negas. If he is pulled down the road I WILL apologize and admit the error of my ways.
