It was in the low 80s there today

I know. I was there. :)

I guess it's a matter of perspective. I live on a place where we really don't have anything to talk about until the heat index gets into the upper 90s.

Probably tough to do that. The only place I've ever seen anyone trying to buy tickets is in the public parking areas.

There is a parking lot to the right just before you get to the Sea Pines gate that has an official ticket trailer. I bought my Thursday ticket there. I am pretty sure it was a green trailer. Also, there is an alligator in the pond right beside the trailer so don't stray off if you decide to stop.

Having said that, I don't know whether or not they would still have tickets available for the final round. There were scalpers down at Harbor Town on Thursday buying and selling. It was comical really. "Pssst, hey buddy, need a ticket?"

Good luck.

I was able to get a ticket at the will call trailer. Sitting in the stands at 18 now. There was a scalper with tickets outside the will call trailer. Was hesitant to buy from him, he wanted $60 for a club house pass.

Great ending to The Heritage! Well worth the sun burn and blistered feet. Glad I went and got a ticket.

Tomorrow Pinecrest and Tuesday back to Harbour Town to hit some shots you don't see the pros hit. :)

Hope it turns out to be as good a deal as it sounds like. Then again . . . for $16 you can barely play putt-putt down there, so if the course is in good shape it will just be a bonus. :)

Course was in pretty good shape, nothing special. For $16 it was great. The guy I played with payed $55 to play, so I got a deal.

I would go back as long as I am here around my birthday next time.

That's pretty much what I think of it too. It's usually in OK shape, but nothing really memorable about the course (other than that 90 degree dogleg par 4 with the lake where I aim over some dude's patio and can fly it onto the green).

$55 is definitely a travesty for that course.

The condition of the course reminded me of playing a wide open Three Ridges in Knoxville. $35 would have been fair for the course. $55 would be a little much for what you get.
