Individual freedom and the ability to exist without being mandated to participate fully in divers professional/social databases, workfroce, etc. I'm drunk at noon on Monday, so my powers of vocabulary are suffering.
That makes sense. I just didn't know what you meant. Technology has a way of destroying regional homogeneity, but I get what you are saying. Some people can't be themselves when it's all public (I'm not totally myself on "anonymous" VN, because I often log in at work).
Please be gentleÂ…
You can pat me or hug me, but please be gentle – I need to arrive back home with all my parts.
can't say I am surprised, but hate that this happened. To me it seems like another case of taking advantage of the helpless. not pissed off like i would be if a real person was killed but can't help but think of the person who did this as a worthless p.o.s. I thought it was a cool experiment, can robots trust humans and hitchhike across a country. Answer is no, they can't trust us.
From the hitchbot "help me" page: hitchBOT | A robot exploring the world
It was naive at best to put a defenseless robot equipped with valuable electronics into our American cities.
