whoa whoa whoa, it's not that she was a bad coach. She just wasn't at the level that Tennessee Lady BasketVols require. She would actually be a great coach at a lot of schools. Just not with us and the level that we expect.

Lol! Reminds me of when Dooley was fired. It seemed to be tough to find a UT player who could even fake being upset by his dismissal. I'd say that over the next few months some details will emerge to explain why her players are not upset, and why Fulmer made a good decision even not considering Holly's lack of winning.

Whoa whoa whoa...no. She couldn't beat bad teams with top talent. She sucked. And the whole game knows it. Again, she's quitting coaching because she knows she's a fraud and that no school would be interested in her.

She could have switched up her roster at any point in the season. Don’t want someone on the court, then bench them. They’ll either finally straighten up or they’ll leave.

Listen. I’ve thought that she should have been gone a couple years back. And yes I did say that she blamed all her problems on the kids and never took ownership several times. But I’ve never been one that has called her nasty names or disparaged her looks or other attributes. I always felt that maybe what we see in public is not really what is going on in private. Everyone talks about how nice and lovely she is. Many people used that and her VFL as reasons to keep her even with the poor product we had on the court.
But this behavior just reeks of immaturity, delusion, and narcissism. She wanted those kids to be there and you’re telling me she hasn’t talked to one of them. I mean maybe not Evina, but none. Yes you’re upset about being let go but your a grown woman with money in the bank and a nice life. These kids trusted you, at least at first, but it seems like you let them down somewhere along the way and your just proving what some of us have been questioning about you all along.

Smh. if it's true then i'm not really shocked i always got this feeling that she would never step down on her own and felt that the only ways she would be out as the head coach was either by getting fired or if they somehow convinced her to step down or retire. maybe he did try and fail to convince to gracefully step down and had no choice but to go ahead and fire.

No she wasn’t. It was obvious that the less talented teams we played this season were better coached than we were.

Is it possible she wasn't allowed to address the team? I mean...she was fired. Is it normal for a fired coach to be able to get the team together and say goodbye with the season already over and everybody already left and gone on with their lives?

I'm not sure how it all works with that.

WOW ,this rally disappoints me about Holly. I've talked with her a few times, she never struck me to be that way. I know she never took credit for any losses. She must believe it's all the players fault that she got fired. Holly pick your self up and talk with all your players, and the recruits coming in this summer.

Where have these college students left to in March?

She could easily text the players or call them, even if she was escorted out. It's not like they had a restraining order out in her.

Probably made Fulmer's decision easier when she came with this proposition. She can't face the staff or team at this point. She would probably be challenged on who she was referring to or ignored.

She’s hard headed and stubborn AF. You’d have to be to sit, watch, and be “invested” in the game for the last 20 years and to not once think holy hell maybe we need to call somebody up and learn how to run some offense.

And for the person who said the AD owed her a job. ..GTFOH with that garbage. The last thing the next coach needs is her or any of that old regime sticking around and stirring it up. Don’t be surprised if they do tho...

Yeah with Tennessee's recruits. Which means I don't think she would have been a "great" coach with a lot of schools because she wouldn't have had as good of recruits as she had with UT.
