Take off the orange glasses! I had to earlier this season and had to come to the realization that CHW is just not going to continue the great program that PS built....our recruiting has fallen off a mountain....LV BBall used to hand pick which player we wanted in the country...now we cannot get girls in our own backyard losing that player to UConn of all teams...Currently they're talking to juco players to come in and play...PS had two juco players in her years as a coach if I remember right....our offense well we haven't had an offense since 2008.....and CHW doesn't have an answer for anything....we have 7 Mcdonald AA on this roster.....how many other schools have that many and are struggling this badly like we're.....just admit a change is needed

They were looking for JUCOs last year, too. I don't see that as a problem. The last time they won the NC was largely in part because of the two JUCOs they signed.

A lot of them end up in JUCO not because they can't play, but because of academics. There are some game changers there. Think how different Tennessee would look this year if they got Akhator.

No. I was wondering how long it would take for someone to start venting on other posters who elect to take a more mature approach to these events as they occur. Given the maturity level of some posters, it was sure to happen. And for the record, I don't follow the lead of whiners. If you want me to admit to something here it is….whining drivel has no place in a mature discussion. There, hope you're happy now.

Mature....If you're not performing on your job you're fired...plain and simple as that....this team has looked the same all season with no change....we have been passed as THE program in the SEC....how do you or any other Holly supporters not see this???

I dunno, I agree that people need to give them a break too. The mid-season meltdowns ... ehh, it's what people do, sure, but it's only compounding the problem. Their job recruiting would be a hell of a lot easier if they weren't being torched daily, but it's the territory. If you aren't making the FF, if you aren't winning titles, if you aren't getting Top 5 recruiting classes every year, then you are not a good coach if you're at Tennessee. That's an incredibly high standard but that's what UT fans feel about the matter. Holly was never going to be Pat, but the anger is especially deafening at this point.

Mature? I can think of a lot of words to describe HW backers but matuRe is not one of them. This woman is single handily bring down ladies basketball. Look at the product, look at recruiting (disgraceful) and if you really want to puke just listen to her try to explain something. Damn I want this woman gone.

She has millions of supporters, those that support other schools in the NCAA. They love Holly, want her to stay, they finally after all these years expect to beat the Lady Vols on the court.

After hearing the interview early in the season after the Texas loss...she sounded lost on how to motivate her girls...how to get them to play better...how to get them to want to win....SHE IS THE HEAD COACH IT IS HER JOB TO FIGURE IT OUT. She sure as $#!+ ain't figuring it out...she is a hella nice lady...but some coaches are meant to be assistants and not the head brain of a program...like CHW.

I am a team supporter through good and bad and will defend the team to my last breath. And yes….mature.
