it is Mickey,he is a old dude,I'm across the Mountain from Cherokee, Norris is closer,not by much though,more a tail water thing,I'm right on the Clinch River,almost lol there is a hell of a view from the top of the Mountain,there is a overlook there that has a killer view,but only a restaurant there,i've never ate there so no idea if they cook anything good lol
