The American armed forces exist to defend our nation, not to conduct social science lab experiments in which our troops serve as human subjects. Try telling that to this administration.

The first anniversary of the repeal of “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell,” Sept. 20, has come and gone. Now, there is mounting evidence that proves our warnings were not idle chatter. The threat to freedom posed by this radical sexual experiment on our military is real: It is grave and it is growing.

Activists inside and outside our government who pushed the repeal have deployed a smoke screen around the fact that once the military was forced to exalt homosexuality in the ranks, the all-too-foreseen consequence reared its ugly head.


The Navy has allowed sailors openly engaged in homosexual behavior to choose their bunkmates. Imagine in this new age of “tolerance” if a sailor asked to be moved from a close-quarters berthing area because of his concern about another sailor’s sexual appetites. We already know what would happen, because tolerance has never been a two-way street.

When were we moral? Was it when we enslaved blacks? Denied the vote to women? Nuked God's innocent Japanese children? etc.

We have a show on TV called "The New Normal" about gay couple, The only thing missing in their relationship is a baby.


ITS NOT NORMAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!..Stop saying it is!!!!!

If it was they could have a baby!!

That cat will never be put back in the box, might as well get used to it. My only issue now is they (gays) are getting special privilages, such as being allowed to wear uniforms in gay rights parades. Used to be a big no no to be in uniform for any outside political demonstration/function.

Small issue but I'm sure there are more.

Homosexuality has been around as long as we have.

In Ancient Egypt. Greece, Rome,and across centuries in Polynesia; in Ancient China and Japan; among natives in the Americas, including the Mayans and Aztecs; in Northern Italy during the Renaissance; across centuries of history in the Middle East, from ancient Mesopotamia to Persia and up until the 18th century, homosexual sex has been either tolerated, accepted, expected, celebrated, or all of the above.

I disagree with it and don't want it around me!!!!

If you disagree with people that have 6 wife's or sex with their dog and dont want it around you..

It seems at least a bit dubious that one's sexual orientation could be used to allow for anything not available to everyone if that's really what's going on.

Trust me, they aren't going to start pulling out their dick and attacking you with it. Leave mother ****ing people alone with their sexual preferences. All you are doing is chooses to hate homosexuals because you think it is immoral and God told you that it is wrong. The same God that taught you to love your neighbor. And what do you mean you don't want them around you? You in the military?

so would you consider hetero couples that are unable to reproduce normal? How about ones that choose not to reproduce?

Yeah the only issue I have is a different standard when it comes to the military. Uniformity should always be in place.

I really don't know, the few homosexuals I do know I think it was a choice. They have swung back and forth enough to where on month they are gay the next they are with a woman.

What does that have to do with my post about special privilages?

so you consider genetic abnormalities that do not affect their quality of life in any way to be "health problems"?

It's wrong of me to say this about Hines, so I apologize beforehand. For some reason he brings to mind a campus character at UT when I was there. He walked barefoot everywhere he went, and he was always talking about plutocrats. The guy carried around books in a cardboard box, and a lot of the time that box was on top of his head. lol
