Not when the person talking about how the "Department of Law" functions has shown an utter obliviousness to the world outside the jerkwater wasteland where she resides. Obama has certainly not bathed himself in glory in his time on the national stage. However, he's not a blissfully ignorant hayseed who thinks the view from his front porch provides him with grand insight to the rest of the world. She is a provincial rube, pure and simple.
