Probably but Goff's contract is up after next season and he'll be 30. If they can't make a playoff run this season or next, wouldn't surprise me if they gave Hooker a shot.

That's true, it could happen. More likely with their success they will sign him to an extension before next season. At any rate, if Hooker performs well he will be the solid 2

Teddy Brigewater also said he’s retiring after this year so it looks like HH will have some opportunities next season.
