He is 19 years old … he is right on course , he has it all. But I am sure JH appreciates your valuable inputMy eyes must have deceived me on those three long throws where the receiver was wide open. Didn't see any loft to the ball so the received could just run under it. Looked like lazer throws from where I was in the stadium.
Were your eyes deceiving you on the perfectly thrown deep ball that squirrel dropped or the throw while on the run that he dropped in to Thornton? My eyes must have deceived me on those three long throws where the receiver was wide open. Didn't see any loft to the ball so the received could just run under it. Looked like lazer throws from where I was in the stadium.
Expectations to what Eddie ? Helping us win ? I would say he is about on par with where he should be. Did we really expect heisman numbers in year 1? He will reach his milestones, at his own pace. Every kids growth on this team has gotten better yearly. No reason to make these types of comments, Nico is one of the most talented players in the country yet the speed of the game still needs processing. That takes a little time in most cases when you are having to decipher what wr's are doing because we run combo routes. Each play has several routes options.I’ll reserve judgment on him until the season is over.
So far he has not lived up to expectations.
Yes he does. Perhaps you should not squeeze your eye shut when he's passing.Nico doesn’t really throw fastballs
Nico is not Joe 2.0. This could have been a mechanics problem. It's just odd that it started when it did and why it continues. Of course with both Joey and Josh, you'd think that would have been an easy quick fix. I think it's a minor mental block that needs to be eliminated. I think he needs to be tackled early in the games because it seems he plays better all around when he runs the ball and has some contact. Nothing crazy, just within their normal offense. They really didn't let him run much early in the season, and I think that's where and when this problem developed. JMO........all week with nothing but touch passes and putting air under the ball. Throwing nothing but fastballs is bad, bad, bad.

Milton threw fastballs. Nico has thrown hard ones but he doesn’t do it on a regular basis.Yes he does. Perhaps you should not squeeze your eye shut when he's passing.
He throws fast ones, just not as hard as JoMil did. And frankly, half of JopMi's
balls was our WRs didn't have NFL hands. In the few NFL throws I've seen,
he's just as hard but the WRs can catch and hold on to the balls. As for Nic,
He does just fine, fast or touch. Give him a consistent OL, and opponents will
literally fear his presence on the field.
Honestly I think coach’s with tons of experience and getting paid more than you’ll make ever decided to give him the week off to just have a little fun and chill.........all week with nothing but touch passes and putting air under the ball. Throwing nothing but fastballs is bad, bad, bad.
My sentiments exactly.Yes he does. Perhaps you should not squeeze your eye shut when he's passing.
