I couldn't really find a proper thread for this, what is up with all this Tennessee Child Marriage nonsense I see being talked about?

Well let's walk this back to the beginning. Any parent who would encourage their child to have gender reassignment surgery is likely mentally defective. They likely passed these mentally defective genes down to their children. Now this gender reassignment surgery is preventing their kids from further passing these defective genes down to another generation.

Is it possible that this is natural selection working furtively to prevent the passage of mental defects to more generations?

It's a fad, a form of mass hysteria. Like witch trials in the 1600's, day care centers in the 80's, and Q. A lot of people are sheep and sheep are stupid. They just get with what they hear and proceed with no thoughts given. The media and lately the government encourage the alphabet lifestyle non-stop and some parents buy into it and/or are afraid to be unhip. So we get 'little Jimmy picked up a doll last week so now we can get him transitioned to a <her. All the other parents will be so jealous'
Sorry, took a long time to say that it's less the parents being insane than being spineless morons. And the kids shouldn't pay for that. Let them sort it themselves once they're old enough. Most of them will grow out of it soon enough anyway.

Not necessarily. As you said in some cases it's parents forcing it unto their children. Many of these kids have grown up and are now what you would call de-transitioners. Many have said they felt pressured to transition from their parents, psychologists, etc. and have regretted it. Of course democrats, leftists, and these "moderates" don't like hearing these stories from de-transitioners as it goes against their political narrative.

What's odd in this is there are those that will claim people are born without a gender or there is no such thing as gender. But you like you said once a boy picks up a doll or a girl decides she wants to play football with the neighborhood boys then that all of a sudden determines their gender. Like you said the blame goes to the adults pushing this ideology.

Let's not forget that there is money to be made off this by pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, etc. as well. Our politicians of course do a good job of ensuring the pharmaceutical companies and medical industry are well compensated.

The right and conservatives also need to stop being lazy and start paying attention. They are also among the ones who claimed none of this would be happening.

Yet we have known forever that this is completely normal for children to do during their formative years, and nearly every single one grows up "identifying" with their biological gender.
