Is it safe to assume that if any school is being investigated for any violation, Auburn has also done the same thing, and to a greater degree?

Who is the guy who writes the Sports By Brooks blog? Does he have an affiliation with Alabama in some form?

Brooks is a UGA graduate. He is kicking butt and taking names. There is not as sacred cow that he will not go after. He kicks the door down and gets after it.

Laying pipe in Alabama seems to be a profitable venture.

So the residual effects continue accumulating in this ongoing investigation of the NCAA inquisitions.

Yes, my friends, it's going to take more than penicillin to fix this hostess-gate mess.

Just another NCAA irony that the girls who walk the football players around campus can be paid but the players can't.

Nice take.

This system is so messed up it is to late to fix it.
Just start paying the athletes. JMO.

easier said than done. the majority of atheletic programs lose money and even a good % of football programs lose money. paying players would ensure the top-10 programs stay that way and basically would torpedo the small schools. fact remains that only a small % of players "earn" for the university more than the scholorship, but those that do obviously earn many multiples. hard to just pay those though.

The girls were doing much more than walking them around campus.

Another great point droski.

These scandals and such are never going to stop anymore. It is all run amok. I mean sure maybe one day a college like Wisconsin may win a national title, but it seems as the parity in CFB is way past done anyway.

No easy answer. Everybody is getting paid one way or another. Money aint the only way to get paid.

Kinda like politics.
