There are so many kinds of jobs...

fwiw, I know girls who have done Orange Pride. They're good at a few things.
1. Looking like they care
2. Looking beautiful

They generally have significant others (most of the time who are in fraternities). They spend time with the recruits, but they don't normally bang 'em. There are tons of slewts on campuses across the country who will do that for free. These girls aren't there for that.

Coaches take the time to make sure the player matches up well with the hostess.

If player A has a girlfriend and his mom is with him on campus, you send a hostess that's good looking but isn't slutty.

If player B is single and wants to be shown an especially good time, you send another hostess.

This has been going on at schools forever.
