Or i can just stay in america and live next to closed minded rednecks like yourself and think that america has it all figured out and our government structure, foreign and domestic policies, health care systems, checks and balances, and way of life is just far superior to any other country. Proud to be an american yes, Naive enough to think other governments don't do a better job at running their country. NO what's wrong with learning from history, changing ideals when we learn from history, and not being set in our ways in how we do everything?

Our way of life is way superior to any other country. How many other countries have people by the millions trying to sneek into their country because of their prosperity?

FAIL. you can't say that unless you have lived in many, many, many, other countries. which is exactly why I didn't say it. You don't know for sure this is the best place to live. That's all based on opinion and personal preference, I just choose not to be one of those Americans who think we are the best and everyone else is inferior.

I've never lived in the Congo, but I feel pretty confident I'd rather stay here.

I can say that without living anywhere else. When I see higher unemployment than us, $8 per gallon of gas, rioting in the streets, socialized medicine (we may be getting)

well, compared to most of Africa, Europe must seem like that land of plenty.

the same goes for China and the NorKs.

Canada? who's trying to get into Canada?

Well, you could make the argument that most people go to Canada to ultimately get into the US.

I've been to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Iraq and aside from a little sand, they're just like America. :post-4-1090547912:

Yeah i think your just concentrating on the middle east their buddy. Wouldn't want you to live their. Live in Australia,Europe,Spain,Italy, and Sweden for a few years each. Then if you come back and say that America tops them all. I will say you have made an educated statement. I personally hope we do live in the best country in the world. But it seems ignorant to say that having never lived anywhere else.

wouldn't want him to live in France either. Im trying to broaden his horizons not turn him into a pu***

so now you're making ill-informed judgments on what it's like to live in another country. Didn't you just say that unless you've lived there, you really can't say that it's better or worse than living in the US?

my, how lawgator-ish of you.

I've been to Spain, Italy, and Sweden (all three of which are actually in Europe). I didn't live there, but I saw enough to make me feel good about my homeland.

I don't have to live in another country to know I live in the greatest country in the world. More freedoms and more opportunities here than any where else. You can have all of those other countries if you want, I'll stay here.
