Depends on who make up that 10-12.

One other thing that most do not take into account is that florida and other southern states have a larger african american population than does tennessee.
Which means, of course, more atheletes. And no I'm not racist

Tennessee has a higher % of African Americans than Florida. Mississippi has approximately 312K African Americans under 18 years of age and Florida has roughly 459K. Math may not be exact but this was pulled from the census bureau.
