How bad is the ACC in football?

What's your point? They were saying that Vandy would beat up on ACC teams.
They were implying that Vandy would win the Big East and I said Vandy would have trouble scoring on Sun Belt teams. Meaning they would have no chance at winning the Big East. How did you not get my point?

The ACC is better than the Big East... Are you serious? Not to mention Georgia Tech and Clemson both beat their rivals last year. Anything happens in rivalry games. If Nesbitt hadn't gotten hurt (3 points in the first half), or Tech had a kicker they probably would of won. Anyways it's irrelevant because they were incapable of playing defense (30 this year, 42 last year to UGA). CPJ is a good coach, if they win the championship game, and go to the Orange Bowl they will be ready to play. As for Clemson. Well people named Dabo usually don't beat people named Spurrier. Oh well.

I don't think anyone denies that the ACC is much better than the Big East. The real question is, is the MWC better than the Big East as well?

I say take the top teams from the MWC and the top teams from the WAC and create an auto bid conference - drop the Big Least. Painfully boring to watch, low talent level, almost no tradition.

Are you an idiot? Duke beat Vandy last year, when Vandy was good. Tech rolled up 56 on them this year. The ACC is not that bad. But it's still pretty dismal.

I'll take it a step further -- I think the MWC is the fourth best conference in college football, as is.
