How big of a leash does Bajakian have?

Case in point. 2 garbage passing play calls on 1st and second down from your own 20 with backup qb. Knowing they are going to bring pressure nothing called to take advantage of where the holes are going to be.

Exactly. At this point defending Bajokian just shows how ignorant you are when it comes to football.

Exactly, even if Petersen could stay upright long enough to throw the ball, he has should absolutely no ability to put it where it needs to be.

I've said it for 2 years now, Bajakian calls plays for the offense he wants to have and has never once called plays for the players he has.

Perhaps he thinks that if he keeps calling plays like he has a All-NCAA offense he will eventually get one?

He's a joke. 2 momentum-killing drives following INTS today where he decides to run, run the ball instead of doing the only thing we can do well--PASS.

He's not SEC-CALIBER. Give me Lane Kiffin (yeah I said it) any day of the week over a dummy!

He does appear to start to smell when the pressure is on. Give me a guy that is a mile ahead of the guy on the other side. They're out there.

Bajakian called a great game today. We were prepared to win. There was only one play where I didn't get it, and that was the run play on 3rd and 5 (in the 2nd or 3rd quarter...I forgot).

Georgia got lucky today, bottom line. We win this game with Worley in the 3rd quarter.

Not hard to trust OL today. There has to be more than a screen pass or a 40 yd bomb. Just has to be more to exploit in that secondary... they are mostly backups there... frustrating to watch the play calling.

YES! So much this. I have been watching thinking the same thing for weeks. We never work the intermediate routes (crosses, digs, rubs) -- everything is either chuck and pray or quick screen. The middle of the field was WIDE OPEN today against UGA nearly all game long.

We are on the road against the #12 team in the country and have them on the ropes. Yet, we are calling the game on offense like we are up 20.

We have to take some changes. Play to win the damn game. This playing not to lose is crazy.

Post of the year. Spot on. We simply do not do what it takes to exploit opportunities. We play as if we're on even footing with much more talented teams. Worley hasn't hit a long pass down down the sideline all year, yet we still tried nothing to the middle the field until we are down 10 points trying a comeback. When we tried it, it works!

We forget that Worley missed a big gain for first down to Howard and a wide open play to another receiver that would've been a TD in the first quarter...two GREAT calls from our OC.

What team isn't somewhat hampered in their playcalling when their starting QB goes down unexpectedly? Ppl need to get a grip.

Bajakian is doing fine.....quit being idiots

Would laugh at a whole game without Worley... I've counted at least 6 times in OU and UGA games on 3rd down where the receivers weren't out of their routes and QB is on his back.

Bajakian is not doing fine... I'm not a nega vol but I don't think that's hard to miss...

You make a good point but if you watched that game and think OVERALL he called a good game then I do not know what to tell you. Starting Qb goes down: I know lets throw a pass that takes ten minutes to develop. That will get his timing down. What it did not work ? Wait a new Qb is in the game that is scared Sh#@less let's try it over and over. No excuse for the OC today. Lets hope Worley heals up and move on and whip FLorida. GBO!

This guy gets it. This coaching staff plays not to lose instead of going for the kill.

He seems to not call plays with constraint in mind. Good OC's will run plays to force the D to constrain to their expectations. Oregon will run screen after screen after screen ad nauseum until they get the linebackers and safeties cheating over and up to get the look they want and THEN unleash a bomb over the top. Bajakian just seems to be picking plays at random. By throwing deep every play, what are we trying to set up? We're shooting ourselves.
