How deep does this team make it into the tournament??

We will likely get Duke in Elite 8...that is not a cake walk. So getting to Elite 8 should be a guarantee and after that we will see. To win championship we will likely have to beat Duke, Uconn, Stanford in a row. We would of beat Stanford if Strickland had been right in that game and Stanford gave Uconn all they wanted. All of these teams are fairly close one player having a day will be the difference. Money is on Moore but they will all be close games IMO.

I agree but he was saying that UConn hadn't played anyone like Tennessee all year and that's not true. Stanford is very much like Tennessee (from a talent stand point).

How much does a typical Lady Vol (non tourney) Ticket run? I have never been to one, and want to next year.

Yikes! I didn't know reading AND understanding skills were needed. My brain must have shut down my understanding skills on that one. Sorry.

And, that Stanford game still bothers me. That was a great opportunity and we weren't up for it that day. Not taking anything away from Stanford. They are a good team.

UConn hasn't been in a close game since the last time they lost, two years ago. They toyed with Stanford for 25 minutes and then blew the game open when they got tired of it. The whole season has been just like that one where UT went undefeated; they've basically thrown a switch and annihilated every team they've played, anytime they've felt like doing so.

If the Conn artists actually get in a close game, I strongly suspect they would lose. They haven't been in one in so long, they'd probably gag.

I just don't think anyone is good enough to keep it close with them for 35 minutes. Maybe some team sizzles from outside all night long, but Tennessee isn't exactly a good candidate for that.

Now that we have an actual bracket on which to base predictions, I say Final Four, but they get hammered by UCONN in the semifinal game.

UT hung the first loss of the year on Baylor and I expect them to hang the last loss of the year on Baylor. Griner-I hope for her sake that the incident in the Texas game was a one and done and never happens to her again. She is very good and has a great career ahead of her.
