How will this affect UT's recruiting? Are there any UF commits we can snag? Or are there any recruits we were in a UF battle for??

It means all those people who thought AJ Johnson was going to UF can stop now ( & I had my doubts ), I think it will also mean Lanier to Tennessee & he wont take that visit to UF IMO.

Not much. I think Dan Mullen steps right in and nothing changes. Unfortunately, Florida is still Florida and there will not be a big change in style or staff.

It's too late, fulmer's already working like heck in Florida. Recruits aren't going anywhere....per Billy C.

i got a question too and don't think i should start a new thread just to ask it. but will the NCAA let their juniors and seniors transfer next like they did USC and not make them sit out?

Their recruiting class wasn't that great this year anyway compared to past years under Meyer, but I would like to have Blakely. However I would really like to get some of their transfers if at all possible.

No. Completely different situation. That had nothing to do with losing a coach.

I look for Mullen to be named coach in the next 48 hours if this is true...like someone else has mentioned, not much will change...Florida is still Florida.

No. USC kids were allowed to transfer because of probation.

coaches leaving have are of no consequence in transfer rules

No, coaches leave schools all the time. That had to do with the sanctions, not coaches leaving.

Dont think so. That situation was sanction related and not tied to a coach leaving.

No. That was a specific penalty from the NCAA. Would not and does not apply to coaching changes.

If Mullen goes to UF, might get another shot at C.J. Johnson or Nickalos Brassell.
